A: NavNet offers whole home control whether you are at home or half way across the world. It’s easy to use and it’s affordable.


Q: Where can I buy NavNet products?

Q: What can I control with NavNet?

A: You can control all your A/V devices, movies, music, lighting, shades, HVAC, security system, security cameras and much more.


Q: Can I use my mobile devices to operate my NavNet system?

A: Yes, NavNet currently supports iPhone, iPad, iTouch, Android-enabled tablets, Android mobile devices running OS version 2.2 and up, and our own line of touch panels. Our apps can be found in both the Apple App store and the Android Market at no cost to you.


Q: How large of a house can I control?

A: Virtually any size house can be used with our system.


Q: Can I run Netflix and SiriusXM from my NavNet system?

A: Yes, these features are built into our system and only require a subscription with Netflix orSiriusXM in order to use these features.


Q: I have lots of pre-existing A/V equipment, can I still use it or do I have to buy all new equipment?

A: We work with virtually all A/V equipment through IR or RS232. We have a large built-in database and we also allow for installers to learn in IR or write their own codes.


Q: Can I control my NavNet system anywhere in the world?

A: Yes, anywhere you have access to WiFi or 3G our mobile apps will allow you to control your house.


Q: How many mobile devices can I use with the NavNet system?

A: We allow you to use as many as you want. You need to download an app for each device, but don’t worry because they are all free!


Q: What’s the warranty on the NavNet product?

A: NavNet provides a one year warranty on all its products with a 30 day advanced replacement plan.
